Zero Malaria Experience and New Film Premiere at Outernet, London

On November 4th, Outernet became the stage for an innovative private event that combined technology, creativity, and global health advocacy.

The Now Building served as the perfect venue for the Experience’s launch, facilitated and proudly hosted by ADOT. The space welcomed over 100 high-profile guests, including leading scientists, health experts, and advocates dedicated to eradicating malaria.

The Zero Malaria Experience is the result of a partnership between some of the world’s top creative minds, including The Mill, Technicolor Group, and the team behind the iconic Sphere in Las Vegas. Led by Creative Director Will MacNeil, this collaboration delivered a powerful message about how teamwork and innovation can combat one of the world’s deadliest diseases.

Mark Benson, a key leader at The Mill, described the project as a “bold, beautiful tapestry of data,” designed to bring the story of malaria’s decline over the past six decades to life in a visually stunning and impactful way.

At the heart of the Zero Malaria Experience was an interactive toolbox of scientific innovations. Guests could explore different combinations of tools—such as next-generation vaccines, insecticides, and diagnostic technologies—to see how these advances, when used together, can save millions of lives.

The exhibit aimed to drive home the message that tackling malaria requires collective action. By demonstrating the life-saving potential of teamwork, the project shone a light on the critical role of collaboration among scientists, health experts, and communities.

David Beckham’s involvement as the face of the campaign brought further attention to the launch. Sharing the project with his followers on social media, Beckham emphasized the importance of continued innovation and global solidarity in the fight against malaria.
