Adot is a proud member of the Spirituality in Education Alliance (SIE UK). This is a collective of organisations and field leaders, who have come together with one purpose. To answer the call to the growing global need for systems that nurture human wellbeing and potential within the context of a sustainable world.
SIE is working to transform public and private education by promoting spiritual and moral development within schools, by giving educators the tools to create environments that cultivate the inner life of their students. The members of the alliance feel that there is currently an urgent need to assist policymakers in understanding and promoting the need to move away from the less informed systems of the past, to ones that strengthen and develop all aspects of student wellbeing. This includes a sense of meaning and purpose, a sense of care and responsibility for others, and a deep connection with and concern for, the natural world.
Adot will be joining numerous other influential organisations on the 22nd of October in the Alliances first virtual symposium.
