Centrepoint Sleep Out 2012 & Adot

Youth homelessness is a major problem in the UK. Without charities like Centrepoint that help 16-25 year olds who find themselves on the streets, these vulnerable young people would be left with very little hope for their futures.

Centrepoint helps young homeless people by providing them with much needed housing and support, giving them the tools they need to get into work and start living in their own homes.

The Sleep Out, an annual event that takes part on Thursday November 8th this year, will see hundreds of people in London and Sunderland sleeping out for the night in order to raise money for Centrepoint and their work with the UKs homeless 16-25 year olds.

ADOT will be there on the night, experiencing just what it is like to spend a night on the streets, and we will all be supplying Beanie hats to the hundreds of participants to make sure everyone is staying warm.

Keep your eyes on our Facebook channel and Twitter feed, as we’ll be posting updates about the Sleep Out throughout the week, as well as live posting from the event on Thursday night. Celebrities such as Richard Madeley, Eliza Doolittle, Stooshe and Sara Cox will also be there on the night, helping Centrepoint to raise money for Britain’s homeless.

If you would like to show your support for the people taking part in this year’s Sleep Out and support Centrepoint’s brilliant work, you can donate £5 by texting CPSO12 £5 to 70700
