The excitement builds at ADOT as there are only 5 days to go until 15 June and the kick-off of SERET 2014 – The London Israeli Film and TV Festival.
The festival promises to showcase the very best in current Israeli film and television with an eclectic mix of drama, comedy and documentaries. There are even some workshops in store for those true film and TV industry buffs to enjoy. ADOT couldn’t be more thrilled to support the festival for the 3rd year running.
We at ADOT believe focusing on differences in each other sits at the root of discrimination and conflict, and that a shift in perspectives to acknowledging the similarities we all share is necessary in order for us to connect and for peace to prevail. We believe creative expression through the medium of film can be a true force for progressive change in the world, as art has the potential to provoke thought and prompt action; thus, we are honoured to yet again support SERET and their laudable nurturing of creative talent on the film scene in Israel.
ADOT‘s new short film ‘Words Kill Wars’ will premiere at the SERET Opening Night Gala at BAFTA on 15 June 2014. The film looks to promote words over wars, urging people to choose dialogue over death as a means to connect and coexist as one, disregarding any differences between one another and choosing to focus on similarities we all share.
