Adot Foundation is looking for an experienced project and campaigns manager to lead on the delivery of high profile, purpose led projects and campaigns including the development and management of the new retail outlet (online and physical shop) and projects with one of our new partners, Outernet Global Limited.
Purpose of the role: Ultimately you will be responsible for delivering high-profile projects and campaigns for Adot Foundation and other partners, and for ensuring that the best results are achieved. Ensuring that there is posting of relevant and exciting online content on the website and across all social media platforms together with the promotion of the online shop.
What are the key responsibilities for this role?
- To ensure projects and campaigns are delivered to time and to budget.
- To report and evaluate impact of campaigns.
- To ensure data is managed securely.
- To be able to create content, and post on our SM platforms and website.
- To constantly strive to improve systems and processes
- To ensure all partners are supported and kept up to date with the campaign.
- Liaising with members of the team, partners and other stakeholders.
3. What are skills, knowledge and experience needed for this role?
Experience of end-to-end project management of large purpose-led or change programmes, projects or campaigns with some experience based on retail, online or physical.
Experience of successfully developing relationships with external and internal clients and stakeholders at all levels.
A clear and demonstrable understanding of what the challenges are when setting up a shop, online and physical.
Experience of developing project plans and comfortable managing budgets and performance in a target driven environment.
Ability to post content on website and across Social Media channels, compile marketing and promotional plans to maximise the exposure of the brand, messaging and PPC campaigns.
Assessing targets, analysing activity from the website/social media and making recommendations to capture new opportunities, for any remedial action, reporting results and key learnings.
Needing to be largely self-motivated.
Experience of developing and improving processes, tools and systems.
Experience of using data for analysing and reporting on performance of a large campaign.
Skilled at thinking creatively to develop new approaches.
Ability to manage own workload effectively
Ability to build effective processes
Ability to use initiative and draw on experience in dealing with day-to-day tasks, risks and challenges

Experience within, or working with, the charity, not for profit sector
Knowledge or experience of project management software/ tools.

• £30,000 – £35,000 gross pa depending on experience
